Overview

Human Resource & Personnel Intern

 

Are you pursuing a career in recruiting, benefits, payroll, or learning and development? Join our team and gain hands-on experience that will help launch your career in Human Resources. As an intern, you’ll apply your academic knowledge to real-world projects, contribute to meaningful initiatives, and represent the company at community and recruitment events.


Location: Office-based with occasional visits to manufacturing plants and off-site events
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week
Duration: May – August 2025
Compensation: Paid Internship

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews
  • Assist with pre-employment processes
  • Generate and analyze reports
  • Support social media and employer branding initiatives
  • Participate in audits and compliance reviews
  • Contribute to various HR projects as assigned

Qualifications

  • Junior or Senior standing in college
  • Major in Human Resources or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
