Responsibilities

  • Assist in the research and identification of potential suppliers and vendors
  • Help evaluate supplier proposals and negotiate pricing
  • Support the purchasing team in managing inventory levels and stock orders
  • Conduct market research to ensure competitive pricing and quality
  • Prepare and maintain purchasing documentation such as purchase orders and contracts
  • Participate in supplier meetings and assist in building strong relationships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support procurement strategies

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
