Responsibilities

  • Assist in observations and collection of manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct time and motion studies to evaluate operational efficiency.
  • Support the development of processes and procedures that enhance employee performance.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of work systems that meet safety and efficiency standards.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather data and insights on workforce dynamics.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss findings and project updates with stakeholders.
  • Help in preparing reports and presentations that summarize data and recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Basic knowledge of industrial engineering principles and methodologies.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
