Human Resources (HR) Multi-Discipline Program

Part-time, flexible 15-week schedule during the college school year


Are you passionate about building a successful career as a recruiter, benefits specialist, payroll specialist, or learning and development coordinator? Put your hard-earned education to work as you apply the knowledge you’ve gained to real-world projects and meet challenges head-on with solutions that have a positive effect on our clients’ success as well as your career trajectory. Based in our office environment, you will occasionally visit our manufacturing plants and represent the company at off-site community/recruitment events.


Requirements for Participation:


  • Full-time enrollment at an accredited college or university
  • Status as a sophomore or junior-level student majoring in business, HR, sociology, or organizational leadership
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Excel and Word
  • Ability to thrive as part of a team and independently
  • A high degree of self-motivation and detail orientation
